April 24, Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Hawk ID Workshop 2:00 PM

Join us for this annual nature event at the Arboretum, a day observing hawks in migration over the Schoharie Valley. We will gather at the Meeting House and hope to see bald eagles, sharp-shinned hawks, osprey, and the longest travelers, broad-winged hawks - among other raptors on the move. A Hawk Identification Workshop will be held at 2:00 PM.  Come for a short while or the whole day. Partial funding for this class provided through a grant from Stewart’s Shops Holiday Match Program.

Location: Meeting House and Facebook Live

Instructor: George Steele, nature educator
Members: $5/person, $15/family; non-members: $15/person, $25/family. Registrants will also receive a link to a video of the class they can watch as often as desired.

It’s actually going to be entirely on Facebook Live - you don’t have to have a Facebook account to watch it. You should be able to see the event listing from this link below
