June 26, Saturday, 10:00 AM– 11:30 AM
If you are interested in bees and want to learn about the basics of their life cycle and their critical importance in our ecosystem, come and join us. Beekeeper Bruce Kearns will give a short presentation, then lead the group to inspect the hives, with plenty of opportunities for Q&A. If you own a veil, bring it with you; if you need to borrow a veil, please let us know when you register. Wear long pants and long sleeves. No age restrictions – children are welcome.
